The Challenge
Revive Clinic had accumulated a list of 8,000 patients over five years but were doing almost nothing with it. A monthly newsletter went out occasionally, open rates were around 12%, and there was no automation in place. Revenue from email was essentially zero.
The opportunity was obvious: they had a warm, engaged patient base and no system to stay in front of them between appointments.

We designed a full email and SMS ecosystem from scratch — welcome flows, post-appointment sequences, rebooking reminders, seasonal campaigns, and a re-engagement series for lapsed patients.

The Results
Six months after launch, email and SMS now drives 67% of Revive Clinic's monthly revenue. The re-engagement flow alone recovered 340 lapsed patients in the first 90 days. Average patient lifetime value increased by 58%.
The weekly newsletter has a 34.6% open rate — more than double the industry average — and consistently drives appointment bookings without any paid spend.
